Recognized for their “passion for food and obsession for detail,” the creative catering experts at Restaurant Associates provide their services in such acclaimed venues as Carnegie Hall, the Guggenheim Museum, Lincoln Center and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, Penn. Well-known for their ability to maximize the use of local products and ingredients, Restaurant Associates will also apply their culinary talents and unparalleled level of customer service to the World Trade Center’s expanded dining and conference facilities.

Restaurant Associates: a name that has been synonymous with exciting restaurant concepts and high quality foodservice for well over half a century. A pioneer in the industry, Restaurant Associates is credited with inventing the concept of the "theme restaurant" back in the 1950s with the Newarker followed by Forum of the Twelve Caesars and La Fonda del Sol. Other legendary names followed, each one setting the standard and defining the genre -- The Four Seasons, Brasserie, Trattoria, Zum Zum and Tower Suite.
The Managed Services division headed by President Dick Cattani, is responsible for serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at scores of corporate dining facilities, educational institutions, and landmark performing arts centers and museums throughout the United States. Coupled with an off premises catering company, RA Caterers, Restaurant Associates serves over 500,000 meals per day.
Restaurant Associates operates a crème-de-la-crème portfolio of corporate accounts including Condé Nast, Time Warner, Sony Music, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Ernst & Young, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Google, Grey Global, prestigious law firms and educational facilities such as Rockefeller University and Harvard Business School. The list is well over 100 accounts.
Landmark Cultural Centers include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Carnegie Hall, the American Museum of Natural History, The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the new National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC to name a few.
