Restaurant Associates Catering strives to make your occasion a distinctive, flawless and, of course, delicious event.  For ten or ten thousand, all items are prepared “a la minute” to create restaurant quality cuisine.  Guests also enjoy customized menus and professional event staff paired with an extraordinary setting.  RA believes that a meal is an event in itself, a celebration, and an opportunity for family, friends and colleagues to gather and thus, puts his philosophy of “Live!
