World Trade Center Atlanta provides catering to all the tenants in the SunTrust Plaza and Garden Offices, as well as surrounding businesses.

The WTC Restaurant is open to the public Monday – Friday from 11:30am – 2:00pm, offering Wednesday International Buffet for $9.95.

CHEF PROFILE

Executive Chef Eric Centeno has more than 22 years of experience and orchestrates culinary feats, including superb banquets served in luxurious surroundings with undeniable panache. 

Being classically trained at Baltimore International Culinary, Chef Eric honed his skills at some of the most prestigious hotels.  He has worked with Master Chef Tom Chin, Master Chef Christian Fischer,
and Executive Chef Joel Antunes and is also a veteran of the Ritz Carlton of Atlanta.

Chef Eric has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean experiencing authentic Parisian, Italian, Austrian, German, Korean, and Japanese cuisine. He takes his passion for food and fuses it with his international experiences.

His creativity and organizational skills have brought him international recognition. He has thrilled the palates of presidents, kings, queens and famous personalities from around the world. Chef Eric offers a wide variety of menu ideas and recipes that make any occasion special and unforgettable.

Chef Eric not only has a love and passion for food but a desire to improve today's health standards by preparing healthy and nutritious meals.  He is a certified Health and Nutrition Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is affiliated with Columbia University.  He studied under world-renowned medical doctors, and gourmet chefs to learn different dietary theories.  He fuses this education with his culinary expertise to bring healthy-inspired and creative cuisine.
